The only equipment you need: an ordinary blender, a food processor, a knife and a cutting board.

A juicer is not required, but recommended. I especially recommend a masticating juicer – a juicer without blades. This type of juicer preserves more nutrients, is easier to clean, and also can make nut butter, ice-cream, seed butter, and other nifty things that a bladed juicer can not.

A dehydrator is not required.
